To my son Christopher Long, whom I appoint executor, and to his eldest son, my copyhold property in Clint, chargeable with £300 to his brother George Long. Also chargeable with an annuity of half guinea to his sister Sarah King.

Should Christopher die without issue then the same to my son George.
