Scriven with Tentergate, Gentleman

My copyhold property in the Parish of Pannal to my brothers-in-law Thomas Henson and Richard Tiplady, In Trust to sell my property and apply the money as below.

My freehold property in Scriven with Tentergate to my wife Mary Stubbs and at her death the same to my Trustees to sell and apply the money as below.

Bed, bedding and furniture to my wife, not exceeding the value of £40. Also a silver watch, and the use of my silver plate.

To my son John Stubbs a two handled silver cup and silver watch.

All my personal estate to my Trustees On Trust.

Money from my Copyhold and personal estate to be invested and interest applied for my wife.

Money from my Freehold estate to be invested and interest applied for my son John and daughters Hannah Stubbs and Mary Stubbs.
