My three houses and land at Rigton, now occupied by myself, Robert Emsley, and Joseph Shutt, to my son William Beck chargeable with :

An annuity of £4 to my wife Elizabeth Beck.

£20 to my son Joseph Beck.

£40 to my daughter Elizabeth Waite, the wife of John Waite, payable at £2 per year for 20 years. Should she die within that time then the same to her children.

The residue of my estates to my son William whom I appoint executor.
