My copyhold house and tan yard in Knaresborough and other real estate, and the use of my household contents, stock in trade, and personal estate, to my wife Ann Simpson.

At her death the same to my son Sampson Simpson.

To my three sons William Simpson, John Simpson, and Thomas Simpson, 5s each.

I appoint my wife and my son Sampson as executors.
