William Metcalfe - 22nd October 1794 - W006

Menwith with Darley

To my brother Joseph Metcalfe, whom I appoint executor, my real estate at Menwith with Darley, with all my goods and chattels, In Trust, to allow my wife the use of same until my son Peter Metcalfe becomes 21, at which time she is to receive an annuity of 50s.

Also at that time she is to have the East end of the cottage now occupied by Joseph Metcalfe Junr, and half of the household contents.

To my three daughters Susannah Metcalfe, Ellen Metcalfe, and Nancy Metcalfe, £10 each, once my son reaches 21. Also, at the death of my wife, the two cottages occupied by Joseph Junr.

To my son Peter the residue of my real estate.
