Harrogate to my son Mark Hattersley chargeable with an
annuity of £7 to my wife Elizabeth
Hattersley.
To my son Mark £50.
The residue of my estate to my sons Francis
Hattersley and Mark, whom I appoint executors, chargeable
with an annuity of £7 to my wife.
The £100 I lent to Enos Cundall of
Knaresborough secured by his Bond to my son Francis to be
considered as part of his share of the residue of my estate.

I have contracted to sell my real estate in
Knaresborough so I now give my son Mark an additional £100
in lieu of the real estate.
