Robert Gilbertson - 10th February 1790 - W015

Harrogate, Gentleman

An annuity of £24 to my wife Jane Gilbertson chargeable to my real estate at Killinghall.

All my real estate at Killinghall to my daughter Jane Mitton, the wife of Rev Robert Mitton, chargeable with £300 to my son Jonathan Gilbertson.

All my real estate at Rockcliffe, along with all the farming stock and cattle, to my son Robert Gilbertson.

My house at Sulphur Wells, now occupied by --- Tattersall, to my son Jonathan. Also £250.

The interest on the money I lent to the credit of the Tolls of the Turnpike Road leading from Harrogate to Boroughbridge, to my wife Jane, and at her death the same to my son Jonathan.

To my grandson Robert John Francis Mitton £20, six months after the death of my wife.

I appoint my sons Robert and Jonathan executors.

Codicil - 5th April 1795

My daughter Jane to pay a further £200 to my son Jonathan, out of he real estate at Killinghall.

My son Robert to pay to my son Jonathan £100 out of the estate at Rockcliffe.

Witnesses : William Bramley, William Clarke, Francis Bedford
