chargeable to my real estate at Killinghall.
All my real estate at Killinghall to my daughter Jane
Mitton, the wife of Rev Robert Mitton, chargeable with
£300 to my son Jonathan Gilbertson.
All my real estate at Rockcliffe, along with all
the farming stock and cattle, to my son Robert
Gilbertson.
My house at Sulphur Wells, now occupied by ---
Tattersall, to my son Jonathan. Also £250.
The interest on the money I lent to the credit of
the Tolls of the Turnpike Road leading from Harrogate to
Boroughbridge, to my wife Jane, and at her death the same to
my son Jonathan.
To my grandson Robert John Francis Mitton
£20, six months after the death of my wife.
I appoint my sons Robert and Jonathan
executors.
