My copyhold house and land at Bramley Head, Parish of Fewston, and my personal estate, to William Morton, Upon Trust, and to apply to discharge the above legacies. Then to divide the real estate : Half for my daughter Ann King and half for himself during the life of my daughter Elizabeth Pickersgill, wife of John Pickersgill of Ellingstring, Parish of Masham, Yeoman, In Trust to pay the profits to my daughter Elizabeth.
