William Jeffray Junr - 16th May 1795 - W018

Birstwith, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Butcher

To my sons William Jeffray, Thomas Jeffray, and John Jeffray [named items], but my wife to have the use of them until they reach 21.

Residue of my personal estate to my father-in-law William Myers, my brother-in-law William Myers, and my brother-in-law Thomas Smith, In Trust to sell and use towards the maintenance of my children.

My real estate at Birstwith to my Trustees and to use the profits for the maintenance and education of my children.

To my wife an annuity of £10.

At my wife’s death and if my son William has reached 21, he is to have my real estate, chargeable with £100 each to my sons Thomas and John.

I appoint my Trustees as executors and guardians of my children.
