Ferrinsby, Innkeeper

To my wife Elizabeth Baxter £100. also the house in Ferrinsby I have recently bought off Rebecca Benson. Also an annuity of £20 chargeable to my house and close, Longlands Close, in which I now live. Also my close, Dorothy Rein, at Farnham. Also all the contents of my house.

To the two daughters of my late brother, Christopher Baxter, £50 each after the death of my wife.

To the two sons of Elizabeth Paley, £50 each, and to her daughter £20.

£30 to Ann Wood, and £10 to Richard Wood.

To the children of Elizabeth Stephenson, late of Knaresborough, £10 each.

To Robert Dickinson, the son of Barnard Dickinson, £5.

To the two sons of John Cawood, £10 each.

The residue of my estates to William Meadley of Knaresborough, whom I appoint executor.

Witnesses : Richard Metcalf, William Marshall, James Collins
