All my real estate in Dacre with Bewerley, which I
bought off John Wright, to my sons Thomas Snow and Francis
Snow. As Francis is under 21, I appoint my sons William
Snow and Richard Snow as Trustees, and give the rents on
his moiety to my wife for his maintenance and education.
The house in which I now live, which came to me as
heir in law to my late father Francis Snow, to my son William
who is to allow my wife to live there free of rent, and have the use
of my furniture. This is chargeable with an annuity of £9 10s to my
wife. Also chargeable with £75 to my son Francis; £40 to my
Daughter Mary Strother, wife of Richard Strother; £40
to my daughter Susanna Snow.
