Lock Navigation, which was left to me by my uncle William
Hopwood.
To Ann Swales, the daughter of William,
my linen.
To Mrs Swales my two gold rings.
To my servant, Sarah Hawkridge, [named
items].
To my two sisters, Catherine Palfreeman and
Jane Silcock, my household furniture. My clothes to my
sisters and my servant in equal portions.
To my servant Sarah £50.
To my sisters, each an annuity of £6 10s.
My house and land to William Swales subject
to the above legacies and annuities, and appoint him executor.
