To my granddaughter £200 when she reaches 21.Tthe interest to be applied for her maintenance and education.

All my real estate to my friend John Hartley of Killinghall, and to apply the profits for my daughter Dorinda Stead, wife of Thomas Stead. At the death of my daughter he is to dispose of same and divide amongst the children of my daughter Dorinda.

All my household goods and furniture to my daughter Dorinda, whom I appoint executrix.
