My burgage house, now divided into two tenements, in Back Lane, Knaresborough, to my niece
Mary Walker, when she reaches 21. Should she die before then, the same to my brother
Thomas Cant.
The residue of my real and personal estate to Edward Mountain of Knaresborough, Linen Weaver, and
William Walker of Kirkgate, Knaresborough, Flax Dresser, In Trust to sell and place the profit at interest, and apply the interest and rents for the education and maintenance of my niece
Mary. When she reaches 21 she is to have the principal sum.
Should my niece die before reaching 21 then the same to my brother Thomas.
