All my real estate in Spinksburn to my son George Spence chargeable with :
An annuity of £6 6s to my wife Ruth Spence.
£50 each to my sons Aaron Spence, David Spence, John Spence.
£20 each to my daughters Ruth Holmes the wife of Joseph Holmes, Dinah Turner the wife of
Benjamin Turner.
All my personal estate to my son George, whom I appoint executor.
