To my eldest son Stephen Parkinson the house that I bought off Copley except the land called Laith Close, Wood Close, Great Ing or Close, Wisen Field, and Low Woodall, all of which I now occupy except Wisen Field which is occupied by my son
William Parkinson. Also the land called Green Delves which I bought from the Commissioners in the Division of the Forest of Knaresborough. Chargeable with £100 to my daughter
Hannah Benson.
To my son Wilks Parkinson the two houses in Bradford which I bought off
John Henson.
To my son William the house in which I now live with the outbuildings and tan yard, with all the adjoining land, and the land mentioned above as an exception. Also all my personal estate, goods, chattels, and my shares in the Turnpike Road. Chargeable with £200 to my son
Wilks, £200 to my daughter Betty Hardcastle, £10 to my grandson

My son William to allow my wife to live in the house I now occupy.
I appoint my son William executor.
