My personal estate to my son John Pullan whom I nominate executor, chargeable with £10 to my wife
Mary Pullan.
My Copyhold property at Hanging which I bought off Luke Beecroft to my daughter
Jane Pullan.
To my son John my real estate at Botham, also the allotment near Gill Becks, both of which are at Timble Great. Also my share of a Copyhold estate called Hard Ing at Thruscross; subject to and annuity of £15 to my daughter
Mary Pullan.
After the death of my daughter Mary, my son John is to pay £200 to my daughter
Jane.
My subscription share in the Turnpike Road from Skipton to Knaresborough to my son
John, chargeable with £100 to my daughter Jane.
