My real and personal estate to my son-in-law Thomas Smith of Birstwith, chargeable with £100 each to my grandsons
William Jeffrey, Thomas Jeffrey, John Jeffrey, and William Parler when they attain 21. Prior to that date the interest to be paid to my friends
John Smith of Birstwith, farmer, and Thomas Robinson of Birstwith, butcher, and applied for my grandsons maintenance and education.
I appoint Thomas Smith as executor.
