My house in High Street, Knaresborough, to my son John Tuton and son-in-law
John Foss, In Trust to sell and divide as follows :
To my son John £100.
To my daughters Mary Tuton and Ann Tuton £100 together with the interest that is due on the note given by my late son
Richard Tuton.
The residue of the sale money for the maintenance of my grandchildren
Richard Tuton and Ann Tuton, the children of my late son
Richard. When they reach 21 the principal sum to be divided amongst them.
My church pew to my two daughters and Elizabeth Foss.
To my daughter Elizabeth Foss £200.
The residue of my estates to my daughters Mary and Ann, chargeable with the £200 to their sister
Elizabeth, and appoint them executors.
