My real and personal estate at Tadcaster and in the Forest of Knaresborough, to my seven children.
If my executors chose to sell any part of the Forest of Knaresborough estate then it is to be divided into 7 shares, my eldest so
William Shann to have two shares and the other five shares to be divided amongst my other six children.
My three sons William, Timothy Shann, and Thomas Shann, and my daughter
Ann Shann to be executors.
