William Rhodes - 28th January 1801 - X060

Felliscliffe, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Sieve Maker

To my son William Rhodes the west end of the house now occupied by John Ibbotson as tenant, along with the two closes called Back Close and High Close, which are now occupied by me.

To my son Joseph Rhodes the east end of the house above, along with the two closes called ? Close and House Close now occupied by me.

The parcels of land give to my sons are charged with :

An annuity of £3 to my wife Elizabeth Rhodes, also £1 1s.

To my daughter Martha Ingleson, the wife of Robert Ingleson, £10.

To my daughter Ann Rhodes, £10.

To my daughter Mary Settle, the wife of Joseph Settle, £10.

To my daughter Elizabeth Rhodes £10.

Residue of my estate to my two sons, whom I appoint executors.

Witnesses : John Shepherd, Peter Leuty, James Andrew

Probate 25th November 1801.
