Hampsthwaite, Widow

To my grandson William Bramley, son of my son Marmaduke Bramley, my house in Hampsthwaite where I now live, also the two close now occupied by him, chargeable with 20 each to his siblings, Marmaduke Bramley, Susannah Bramley, and Ellen Bramley.

Also to William 230, Upon Trust, to invest for an annuity of 10 to my son Marmaduke. On the death of my son Marmaduke the principal sum to be divided : 10 to my grandson Marmaduke and the residue amongst my other grandchildren named above.

The residue of my estates to my son Marmaduke and his son William, whom I appoint executors.

Witnesses : James Wilson, James Stubbs, Francis Fairbank

Probate 1st October 1803.
