Hampsthwaite, Widow

To my grandson William Bramley, son of my son Marmaduke Bramley, my house in Hampsthwaite where I now live, also the two close now occupied by him, chargeable with £20 each to his siblings, Marmaduke Bramley, Susannah Bramley, and Ellen Bramley.

Also to William £230, Upon Trust, to invest for an annuity of £10 to my son Marmaduke. On the death of my son Marmaduke the principal sum to be divided : £10 to my grandson Marmaduke and the residue amongst my other grandchildren named above.

The residue of my estates to my son Marmaduke and his son William, whom I appoint executors.

Witnesses : James Wilson, James Stubbs, Francis Fairbank

Probate 1st October 1803.
