My real estate and personal to my wife Ann Shutt.
At her death the same to my second son William Shutt, whom I appoint executor, subject to :
An annuity of £10 10s to my eldest son Jonathan Shutt.
To each of my daughters Elizabeth Marshall, Mary Weston, and
Ann Shutt, £40.
Should my wife remarry then my estate to go direct to my son William and she is to receive £10 only.
