My Copyhold real estate (subject to £400 mortgage) in Clint, that I inherited from my father
John Blakey to my mother Ann Blakey.
At her death the same to my sisters Ann and Jane.
To Thomas Groves of Ripley, farmer, and John Blakey of South Stainley, farmer, whom I appoint as executors, my personal estate (which consists of money owing me) Upon Trust to use the interest to pay the £200 to my sisters and maintain my mother. At the death of my mother the capital sum to be shared amongst my two sisters.
