To allow my wife Ann Hardcastle to occupy my house and have the use of the contents, and to receive the rents from my leasehold property, except those occupied by
Jonathan Teal, Michael Gibson, Mrs Precious, and Thomas
Tattersall; these are to be received by my daughter Ellen
Mason.
