My real and personal estate to my wife Sarah Slater and my friend
William Clarke of Bilton with Harrogate, Mason, In Trust, to sell as necessary and apply the profits to my wife for her use and to maintain my children.
At her death, and once my youngest child reaches 21, the residue of my estate to be divided amongst my children.
