My Copyhold property in Birstwith to my brother William
Bramley, Upon Trust, to :
Sell and invest £600 of the sale money, and apply the interest for the benefit of my wife
Dorinda Bramley.
£100 to my son William Bramley.
Invest ¼ of the residue of the sale money for my son Marmaduke
Bramley.
The then residue to be divided amongst my son William, and my two daughters,
Susannah Goodall, wife of John Goodall, and Ellen
Bramley.
At the death of my wife, my son William to receive ¼ of the £600. The residue to be divided amongst
William, Susannah, and Ellen.
£60 to my son Marmaduke.
The residue of my estates to my son William.
