To my wife Elizabeth Blakey my Copyhold property which I have recently bought off
William Cook, and the three house at Whipley Moor, Township of Clint. Also all the rent of the land I have under lease at Clint. Also an annuity of £10. Also [named furniture].
At her death the Copyhold premises to go to my sons John Blakey and
Thomas Blakey, whom I appoint executors, chargeable with £20 to my daughter
Elizabeth Blakey.
£120 to my daughter Elizabeth.
