To my wife Grace Bainbridge, my son John Bainbridge, and my brothers
Timothy Bainbridge and Thomas Bainbridge, all my real estate, effects and personal estate, Upon Trust :
To sell and convert to money and invest, and allow my wife to receive the rents and profits.
To pay my son John £1,000.
To divide the residue amongst my eight children : John, Richard Bainbridge, Elizabeth Bainbridge, Anne Bainbridge, Mary Bainbridge, Grace Bainbridge, Jane
Bainbridge, and Margaret Bainbridge.
The provision for Elizabeth is in lieu of the settlement I made on her marriage.
