My house and outbuildings at Hampsthwaite, now occupied by William
Dalby, to my nephew John Simpson (son of Samuel
Simpson) who now lives with me.
To my nephew Samuel Simpson £1 1s.
All my household goods and personal estate to my nephew John, chargeable with the above and 40s to the poor of Hampsthwaite. I appoint him executor.
