Robert Morley - 2nd February 1803 - X121

Scriven with Tentergate, Yeoman

My two houses in Ripon to my son Robert Morley, chargeable with £100 owing to William Fowler of Arkendale on a promissory note (prepared by Francis Fairbank).

All the household effects in my house to my wife Mary Morley. Also all the money in my possession at the time of my death.

To my daughter Jane Bellwood, and to my sons William Morley and John Morley, £50 each.

To my daughters Mary Howell and Rachael Morley £70 each.

To my daughters Hannah Inman and Frances Morley £60 each.

These amounts to be paid after the death of my wife, whom I appoint executor.

Witnesses : James Collins, Samuel Powell, George Colley

Probate 6th August 1806. Effects under 100.
