Thomas Smith - 31st March 1806 - X124

Birstwith, Yeoman

To my wife Mary Smith the use of the household furniture, and of my cattle and husbandry utensils, until my youngest son, Jeffrey Smith reaches 21. At that time [named items] to my other three children Thomas Smith, William Smith, and John Smith.

All my stock in trade and personal estate to my father, John Smith, and my friend William Andrews the younger, Upon Trust to sell and pay the interest to my wife during the infancy of Jeffrey. Once he reaches 21 then my estate to be divided amongst the four sons.

To my wife an annuity of £10.

Probate 30th July 1806. Effects under £200.
