The £50 left to me by my grandmother Burnet out her estate at Winsley, I give to my brother Martin Cass.

The residue of my personal estate to my brothers George Cass and John Cass, and my sisters Margaret Cass and Jane Cass.

I appoint my brothers George and John executors.

Witnesses : Robert Clark, James Collins
