To my wife Mary Hutton my house in which I now live, along with all the household goods, and my personal estate.
To my daughter Mary Hutton £20 after the death of my wife. and [named furniture and goods].
To my granddaughter Frances Potts £100 to be paid by my daughter and executrix one year after the death of my wife. Should she die without children then the same to go to my daughters
Hannah Belley Wray, Elizabeth Standish, and Mary
Hutton.
To my three daughters my house after the death of my wife.
My daughter Hannah to pay out of her share of my real and personal estate £100 to be divided amongst
John Elliott, Miles Elliott, and Elizabeth Elliott (her children by a former husband).
I appoint my wife and daughter Mary as executors.
