Rattan Row, Parish of Fewston, Yeoman

My house at Rattan Row to my son John Horsman chargeable with :

An annuity of £9 to my wife Susanna Horsman, also a bed and bedding.

To my son Thomas Horsman £27 after the death of my wife.

To my daughter Mary Beck, wife of Benjamin Beck, £15 after my wife's death.

To George Horsman, son of William Horsman, £5 when he reaches 21.

To my daughter Elizabeth, known as Betty Pullan, wife of Richard Pullan, £15 after my wife's death.

To my daughter Libby Pullan, wife of John Pullan, £25 after my wife's death.

The residue of my estate to my son John, subject to my debts and £2 to my wife immediately after my death. I appoint him executor.

Witnesses : Thomas Parkinson, John Myers, Peter Buck

Probate 10th June 1807. Effects under £100.
