Rattan Row, Parish of Fewston, Yeoman

My house at Rattan Row to my son John Horsman chargeable with :

An annuity of 9 to my wife Susanna Horsman, also a bed and bedding.

To my son Thomas Horsman 27 after the death of my wife.

To my daughter Mary Beck, wife of Benjamin Beck, 15 after my wife's death.

To George Horsman, son of William Horsman, 5 when he reaches 21.

To my daughter Elizabeth, known as Betty Pullan, wife of Richard Pullan, 15 after my wife's death.

To my daughter Libby Pullan, wife of John Pullan, 25 after my wife's death.

The residue of my estate to my son John, subject to my debts and 2 to my wife immediately after my death. I appoint him executor.

Witnesses : Thomas Parkinson, John Myers, Peter Buck

Probate 10th June 1807. Effects under 100.
