To my nephew William Wate £5.

To my wife Mary Myers a bed an bedding and her choice of household furniture enough to furnish two rooms. Also the interest of the £200 that I have with Mica Myers. Also all the rents and profits coming from my estate at Sunil Bank now occupied by Mica Myers as tenant.

To my son John the remainder of my furniture, my real estate , my livestock and farming implements, and my personal estate, and appoint him executor.

Witnesses : John Hardcastle, Robert Walker
