George Johnson - 22nd March 1807 - Y015

Thruscross, Parish of Fewston, Yeoman

To Robert Wigglesworth of Padside Hall, Township of Thruscross, yeoman, and John Winterburn of Hartwith, Yeoman, Upon Trust, all my real and personal estate to sell and convert to cash and place at interest. Interest to be applied to my wife Mary Johnson.

At my wife's death the principal sum to be divided :

To my daughter Mary Johnson £50.

The residue to be divided between my two daughters Jane Johnson and Mary.

Witnesses : John Wigglesworth, Thomas Shepherd, Mary Shan

Probate 16th December 1807. Effects under £300.

This is a renunciation, by the Trustees and Executors, in favour of his widow Mary Johnson.
