To my two brother-in-law Abraham Fewsdale and my sister Mary
Fewsdale, his
wife, half of my real estate, and the other half to my brother-in-law
William Boulton and my sister Sarah Boulton, his wife. At the death of these named, my real estate is to be sold and the money divided amongst their children in equal shares.
I appoint my brothers-in-law executors.
