Joshua Hardisty - 17th October 1806 - Y021

Beckwithshaw, Parish of Pannal, Gentleman

To my daughter Ann Hardisty my house and outbuildings, and cattlegates, in Dacre, now occupied by Benjamin Abbott. Also the house and outbuildings at Norwood with Clifton, now occupied by my brother Thomas Hardisty. Also a bed and bedding. Also £100 after the death of my wife - This £100 to be paid by my son Joshua Hardisty.

To my wife Martha Hardisty the room in the house in which I now live, called the West Parlour. Also the furniture and bedding for that room. Also an annuity of £24 payable by my son Joshua.

The residue of my real and personal estate to my son Joshua Hardisty.

I appoint my brother Thomas Hardisty executor.
