Briggate in Knaresborough, Widow
To my daughter Jane Bainbridge my real estate in Briggate, Knaresborough, now occupied by
Ann Benson.
The remainder of my other real and personal estate to Ralph Dearlove of Knaresborough, Linen Manufacturer, and
Joseph Scruton of Knaresborough, Linen Manufacturer, Upon Trust. To sell and divide the profits amongst my children,
Hannah Scruton, Elizabeth Butterfield, William Scruton, and
Christopher Scruton.

Concerns only the distribution of some furniture.
