To my niece Ann Holgate, wife of Mark Holgate, an annuity of £4. At her death £80 to be shared by her children.
To my servant Elizabeth Dickinson £30.
To my brother Richard Craven £10.
The residue of my personal estate to my nephews John Craven (son of my brother
Thomas), and George Craven, and appoint them executors.
