To my father Robert Clough and annuity of £30.
To my wife Mary Clough the residue of real and my personal estate. At her death the same to my son-in-law
George Henlock and daughter Elizabeth Henlock. At their death the same to be divided amongst their sons,
John Henlock and William Henlock, subject to a payment of £800 to their sister Ann Henlock.
Witnesses : John Wilson, James Collins, Peter Tolson of Knaresborough
Probate to Ann Tolson (wife of Peter Tolson, Gentleman, his oldest grandchild and one of his NOK) 20th July 1808. Effects under £1,500.
Note shows that John Henlock and Margaret Henlock, both of Hurworth near Darlington, are also grandchildren of the testator.
