My Copyhold property, which I have surrendered to my Will, and all other real estate to my wife
Mary Thackwray.
At her death (subject to £70 each to my two daughters Jane Thackwray and
Margaret Thackwray) to my two sons Major Thackwray and
Joseph Thackwray, who I appoint executors.
All my working tools to my sons.
To my wife Mary the use of the household furniture.
