To my brother Thomas Hutton of Stainburn, Farmer, all my Copyhold property at Norwood, and at his death to his son
John Hutton. Also all my goods, chattels and stock, &c., and my personal estate. I appoint him executor.
To my brother Henry Hutton £60 after the death of Thomas.
