Moorhouse, Township of Clint, Parish of Ripley, who I appoint executor, my real estate at Hampsthwaite Hollins. Also all my effects, Bonds, and notes, except as mentioned below.
To my wife Hannah Shepherd and annuity of £40, also a sum of £100; also the use of my house and contents.
To my son Joseph Shepherd £350.
To my daughter Sarah Ripley, wife of John Ripley, £200.
