David Ambler - 1st August 1807 - Y056

Knaresborough, Yeoman

My house occupied by me to my friends Francis Fairbank of Knaresborough, Attorney at Law, and Thomas Simpson of Knaresborough, Surgeon, during the minority of my grand-nephew Dennis Ambler, Upon Trust, to rent and invest the income.

When Dennis reaches 21 he is to have the house and all other my estate. Should he die before reaching 21 then the same to my grand-nephew David Ambler, the son of my late nephew David Ambler.

The residue of my estate to my Trustees to invest during the minority of my grand-nephews and nieces William Ambler, Elizabeth Ambler, Mary Ambler (the children of James Ambler, and Hannah Ambler, David Ambler, and Thomas Ambler (the children of David Ambler).

Probate 10th October 1810. Effects under £200.
