To my daughter Sarah Day £500. Should she die before me then the same to my grandson Francis Day and in case he dies before me then the same to his children in equal parts.

Should my daughter and son die before me and my son has no heirs then the same to go to Bilton Josephus Wilson of Hampsthwaite, Esquire, and William Collins of Knaresborough, Gentleman, Upon Trust and apply the profits for my grandson John Day and upon his death to his children.

To my daughter Sarah Day all money in my possession at my death.

To Bilton Josephus Wilson and William Collins £500 Upon Trust and apply the profits for my grandson John Day.

To Francis Day £500.

To Bilton Josephus Wilson and William Collins £20 each for their trouble, along with the remainder of my personal estate Upon Trust and apply the profits for my daughter Sarah Day and her children. Upon her death to call in the money (except £1,000) and pay it to Francis Day. The profits of the £1,000 to go to John Day. After his death the £1,000 go to his children.
