I empower my wife to sell any part of my real and personal estate she may see fit to do, except the land I bought off Sir Thomas Slingsby which I give to her, to support herself and my children Martin Richardson, Edward Richardson, Frances Richardson and Margaret Richardson. The same to go to my children on the death of my wife.
