My houses in Briggate, Knaresborough currently occupied by James Geldart, George Bake and David Drenham and my houses in Kirkgate occupied by myself, Ann Burley, George Petty and Joseph Jaques to my wife Mary Cant.

After her death the same to my niece Mary Walker.

Should my niece die without issue then the houses in Briggate to Thomas Cant the son of James Cant of Bondgate, Ripon, and the houses in Kirkgate to Mary Leeming the daughter of Isabell Cant.

All my household furniture and personal estate to my wife whom I appoint executor.
