My copyhold house and land at Swindon to my wife Ann Cullingworth in which I live, and after her death the same to my sons William Cullingworth, John Cullingworth, Benjamin Cullingworth and Henry Cullingworth.

The residue of my personal estate to my sons William and John Upon Trust to permit my wife the use of all my stock and implements.

On the death of my wife :

To my daughter Mary Ward the wife of Moses Ward £30. The residue to my sons William, John and Henry, and my daughter Mary.

I appoint my sons William and John as executors.
